The third is the “Consideration” stage and shown to people who watched 75 % or more of the second video. This is where viewers get reinforcement about previous thoughts of a procedure.
The fourth is “Consultation Intent” and is shown only to the highest-interest viewers. This is where ad spend becomes more qualified. These viewers are most likely to schedule a consult.
